Career Development Resources and
Senior Support Services
The DiversityCanada Foundation focuses on creating culturally diverse workplaces and addressing ageism. We work nationally with partners in the public and private sectors to serve Canadians of all ages from diverse backgrounds.
Job seekers:
With a readership of over 300,000 from coast to coast, our Career Handbook has been used by hundreds of career development professionals to help set individuals and communities on the path to success.
Our online resources have a national reach.
We target the full spectrum of Canada's diverse communities, including the employment equity groups (visible minorities, Aboriginal peoples, people with disabilities, and women seeking advancement in non-traditional fields), providing resources to help them become ready to take their place and make a significant contribution to the Canadian economy and society.
We do this through building partnerships with the corporate sector, government agencies, academic institutions, service organisations, and community groups to help them boost their diversity initiatives. We take this integrated approach because we understand that economic, social, and cultural development are all inter-related.
