Volunteering with DiversityCanada

Volunteers play a very important role in the DiversityCanada Foundation. We're primarily a volunteer-run organization.

Volunteers help us deliver our services and resources to seniors as well as to employment equity job candidates. You don't need any special training or qualifications to participate. In fact, we provide all the required training to support our volunteers in their roles.

All you need to bring is your desire to help make the world a better place.

Opportunity for High School Students

DiversityCanada invites high school students looking to complete their community service hours to volunteer with us.

You will help to provide content for our websites (GoldenVoices.com and DiversityCanada.com).

Supervised by and working with experienced media professionals, you will research and write articles on a wide variety of topics related to the well-being of seniors as well as diversity in the workforce.

Not only will you gain your community volunteer hours, but you'll have the chance to gain valuable experience to enhance your career. You can also possibly build an online portfolio showcasing your skills, which can boost your resume.

Best of all, you can volunteer remotely from the comfort of your home.
